Thank you. If you come to Canada during the month of January, you can all join us as our guests. Just remember that in Canada red means liberal, and blue means conservative. :) That's why I own so much RED clothing.

It sure is. I noticed that Frank was wearing a red tie, and a blue shirt. He's a Liberal, but it was interesting that he appeared to be "speaking" to both parties. I thought that was kinda neat. I had my red shirt, but a blue coat, when I walked in. The blue coat will be very handy when I'm in New York. That'll just scream "DEMOCRAT!" :)

In the States the Republicans are red, and the Democrats are blue. Up here it's reversed. Liz, our MPP, was telling me she has a heck of a time reading the American election maps, because your red is our blue, and vice versa.

Leah I think I am a Liberal at least by what I have read, but then again I never like to put myself in a slot I like to be my own person free to change my mind, and not go with the status quo

One of the reasons why I am a Liberal is because up to this point in my life so far, Liberals and I have always thought alike. If that ever changes, I'll be switching parties. :)

Come to think of it, that's the reason why I'm a Presbyterian too!!! So far that's the church that makes sense to me, but if that ever changes, I'll feel no qualms about taking my religion elsewhere. :)

Awesome! Ever had an opportunity to visit different churches?

I've been to a Presbyterian. United, Mormon, and a synnagogue.

you know I have no problem going to another church but as soon as we tell them we are pentcostel they seem to think it isn't a good idea for us to come to their church.

WTHeck is wrong with them? In my opinion, I don't care about a person's religion, as long as they are good kind people, and don't try to convert me. That's ALL that matters!

We haven't tried in the area we live because of that but I get along with lots of the people who go to these churches maybe we should give it a try.

When you eventually get to Canada, if you're interested in trying out my Presbyterian church, you're more than welcome!!! I once brought a Muslim friend with me, and it worked great! They will not try and convert anyone, they're just happy for the experience of meeting new people.

my fathers cousin actually had told my father about it. We had already been looking for churches but none fit what my father was reading in the Bible until that day when his cousin told him about it. I have looked into many religions and like I said they all have bits and pieces right but none are the perfect church, or religion.

I think one's home church should be where they feel the MOST comfortable, and if that comfort level ever changes, it's time to find a new church.

Why do so many people tell you not to attend their church when they hear about your religion? I just don't get that!

Leah, I have visited other churches and my former church held a church fellowship revival and any minister priest or whoever was invited to conduct a service as long as they were legitimate. This was a Full Gospel Church and we actually did invite the priest from our local Catholic Church.. I thought it was Awesome.
